How It Works
- First-time login on a device: You'll be asked to verify your identity with a one-time passcode.
- Suspicious login attempts: If Virtual Branch detects unusual activity, you may be prompted to enter a one-time passcode to confirm it's really you.
This added layer of protection helps ensure your account stays secure—without adding unnecessary friction to your experience.
